Nayda LeMay

Drug & Alcohol Counselor, LADC, MFT (she, her)

My approach is eclectic. I join you on the road to recovery. I consider myself culturally competent, trauma-informed, and gender sensitive. Therapy like most professions continues to evolve, therefore, I actively seek ways to improve the delivery of evidence-based practices I use. I strongly believe that each experience with clients I serve is unique and rewarding. I hope to help clients begin the journey of achieving a life worth living. Hi, I am EMDR Certified, DBT certified, and have extensive training in trauma therapy. Although my license is in addiction my course work in my master's education was primarily family therapy and professional counseling.
